A 16-week competitive runway for post-academy prospects aged 18–23 and unattached senior footballers aged 24+. Prepare, compete, document your performance and pursue the next opportunity.

The pathway
A credible bridge into adult football.
For footballers who have moved beyond youth academy age but need consistent adult match exposure and a body of evidence to support a professional opportunity.
The pathway connects purposeful training with assessment, competitive fixtures, video review and a player profile that can be shared with interested clubs. Selection and referrals depend on performance and availability.
The competitive system
Everything feeds the next decision.
Elite training
High-intensity tactical and technical work: position-specific execution, combination play, transitions and managed physical loading.
Adult competition
A senior and U23 match platform through QCFL registration and/or showcase fixtures, subject to selection and competition availability. Target: approximately four fixtures a month.
Player Passport
Match video, performance analysis, biometric baselines and playing history assembled into a digital scouting portfolio.
Club introductions
Players demonstrating readiness may be referred to interested coaches and scouts. Trials and contracts are never guaranteed.
Admission standard
Selected, not simply enrolled.
An application begins a review, not a promise of a squad place. The assessment weighs both football ability and readiness for the demands of adult competition.

Execution speed, scanning, movement and position-specific match decisions.
Psychological maturity
Communication, resilience, coachability and accountability.
Fitness & physical readiness
Conditioning and musculoskeletal screening appropriate to senior match demands.

Submit your dossier
Share your football CV, playing history and highlight or full-match video links for an initial review.
Strategy evaluation
Shortlisted applicants discuss their goals with the KGS placement team.
Dual assessment
Complete a 90-minute field assessment and a 90-minute gym assessment in Doha (475 QAR total).
Roster decision
Following assessment, selected players receive their squad allocation and registration next steps.
Initial dossier screening is typically 3–5 business days. Timing depends on submission completeness and staff availability.

Programme investment
Know the costs before you commit.
Core fees are in Qatari Riyal. The four-month example assumes four monthly tuition payments; optional services and personal living costs are separate.
475 assessment + 150 kit + 1,000 registration + 3,600 tuition

QCFL is an amateur/semi-professional competition, not a professional league. Fixtures, club interest, trials and contracts depend on external decisions and cannot be promised.
Programme participation is not employment, sponsorship or a visa. KGS may help with documentation; immigration eligibility and any status changes are determined by the relevant authorities and, where applicable, a signing club.
