The beginning
It started with one belief: every athlete deserves a system, not just a session.
Kingsley Falonipe was born and raised in Nigeria — a country where football is not just a sport, it is identity, aspiration and community. Growing up, he witnessed first-hand the vast talent that existed on the streets, in the academies, in the communities — and the systems gap that prevented so much of it from reaching its potential.
He didn't just play the game. He studied it. He built his coaching foundation through the UEFA D Licence, developed his analytical eye working with Remo Stars FC at first-team level across domestic and CAF Confederation Cup campaigns, and sharpened his performance intelligence work supporting players from the Nigerian National Team (Super Eagles).
That experience across Nigeria — at professional and international level — gave Kingsley something rare: a deep understanding of how talent is identified, developed and maximised at every level of the game.
When he relocated to Doha, Qatar, he carried that understanding with him. He saw talented athletes training hard but without structure. He saw passionate coaches working in isolation. He saw parents investing in their children's dreams without clear pathways. And he asked a simple question: "What if we connected all of this?"
That question became a vision. That vision became a mission. And that mission became Kridence Global Sports — an ecosystem designed to serve every layer of athletic development, from grassroots to elite, from the first touch to the final whistle.
