The tournament features group stages followed by knockout rounds, with teams competing for trophies, medals and individual awards. Category champions also earn free registration for the 2027 edition.

Both options are indicative planning budgets per player, covering the tournament package, travel, the KGS programme fee and a visa allowance where required.
