The performance bridge.

Clinical rehabilitation gets you moving. RTP-EIDP gets you match-ready.

When a competitive athlete is injured, medical clearance is only the first step. A genuine return to sport requires rebuilding bilateral limb symmetry, sport-specific reactive speed and cognitive confidence under fatigue.

RTP-EIDP is a high-touch 1-on-1 track built for competitive athletes moving out of medical rehabilitation and back into their squads. KGS PIS™ intake data feeds directly into the training architecture, so progression is decided by measurement rather than guesswork.

KGS is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat or replace physiotherapy. If you are a recreational athlete seeking general longevity or low-impact recovery rather than a return to competition, explore KGS FitLab.

How it works

Powered by PIS™. Executed through EIDP.

Your recovery is managed inside SportSync360-OS — a single source of truth for the athlete, coaches, practitioners, guardians and club.

01

PIS™ Medical Intake & Baseline Deficit Mapping

Our coaches work directly from your medical clearance and history. A sport-specific KGS PIS™ Assessment maps biometric, eccentric strength, balance and reactive deficits so the starting point is measured, not assumed.

02

Adaptive Coach Plan Generation

Objective deficit metrics feed straight into the Staff and Coach Portal, generating an individual Coach Plan matched to your timeline, facility access, session duration, weekly frequency and required rest days.

03

Transparent Guardian, Coach & Club Visibility

Guardians, technical directors and club coaches follow reconditioning progress, video-verified milestones and metric markers natively inside SportSync360-OS — one source of truth for everyone involved.

The 5 RTP-EIDP pillars

Targeted multi-dimensional reconditioning.

Injury affects more than tissue. It alters spatial mechanics, reaction time and confidence. RTP-EIDP rebuilds the athlete across all five KGS development pillars.

EIDP — Strength & Conditioning (RTP Track)

Correcting bilateral imbalances, progressive tissue loading, movement quality and explosive athletic reconditioning.

EIDP — Mental & Cognitive Agility

Addressing fear of re-injury with cognitive-reactive work that rebuilds spatial awareness, decision speed and visual processing under fatigue.

EIDP — Technical Confidence

Isolated, non-contact sport-specific work: ball and implement manipulation, multi-directional cutting mechanics and motor patterns in a controlled environment.

EIDP — Tactical & Phase Integration

Progressive exposure to simulated phase-of-play scenarios, positional shadows and spatial processing so competitive intelligence stays sharp.

EIDP — Goalkeeper Specific (Optional Track)

Dedicated keeper reconditioning: landing mechanics, diving symmetry, reactivity and deceleration control.

Questions

Before you apply.

Objective data. Confident clearance.

Turn your recovery into an elite athletic progression.

Mandatory gatekeeper requirement

To maintain strict safety thresholds, every RTP-EIDP applicant must present a signed medical clearance for physical training from their physician or physiotherapist before the baseline PIS™ intake is scheduled.
