All intermediary work follows the relevant national association and FIFA framework.

Process
Five steps from record to representation.
1 · Review
We review the athlete's KGS performance record, age, position and current level.
2 · Assessment
A representation panel decides whether we can genuinely add value at this stage.
3 · Agreement
Scope, duration and fees are agreed in writing with the athlete and guardians.
4 · Placement
Profile packaging, club outreach, trials and negotiation support.
5 · Aftercare
Ongoing monitoring, review meetings and next-step planning each season.
