Overview
The teaching arm of Kridence Global Sport — the place where the KGS methodology and the PIS™ assessment framework are formally taught.
Coaches, S&C and medical practitioners, programme leads, and the players, athletes and strivers who want to own their own development.
A performance system only works when everyone reads it the same way. PISA makes the standard explicit, teachable and assessable.
Pathways
Session design, curriculum delivery, player feedback and reading KGS PIS™ reports so every session is evidence-led.
Assessment protocols, load management, return-to-play frameworks and data capture standards used across KGS programmes.
Understand your own scores, own your development plan, and build the habits, nutrition and recovery routines behind them.
Operating the performance system: standards, safeguarding, reporting cycles and quality assurance across an academy.
How it runs
Cohorts open each term in Doha, with a maximum group size so every candidate is observed and given individual feedback.
Online modules for theory, in-person workshops for practice, and live session observation on real KGS programmes.
Each pathway runs six modules across the term, with a practical assessment window at the end.
Observed delivery or a live assessment, marked against the published KGS standard — no multiple-choice shortcuts.
Data-backed approach
Candidates work from real KGS PIS™ data — assessments, attendance and development plans — not hypothetical case studies.
We teach benchmark ranges, error margins and trend reading, so a single number is never treated as a verdict.
Session focus, load changes and selection calls are all linked back to the evidence that triggered them inside SportSync360™.
Assessor calibration and moderation keep scoring consistent between coaches, venues and seasons.
Curriculum
What KGS PIS™ measures, how scores are produced, and how to interpret a report without over-reading a single number.
Technical, tactical, mental and physical attributes — how they are coached, progressed and reviewed each phase.
Running assessments consistently: protocols, environment control, scoring integrity and data capture.
Turning results into an individual development plan with targets, session focus and review points.
Session structure, coaching language, differentiation and feedback that changes behaviour.
Duty of care, consent, record keeping and the professional standards every KGS deliverer signs up to.
Half-day and full-day in-person workshops delivered in Doha for clubs, schools and academies.
Self-paced modules with assessments, accessible through the KGS portal after enrolment.
One-to-one mentoring blocks with KGS lead coaches, including live session observation and feedback.
Certification
Each pathway ends with a practical assessment. Successful candidates are issued a KGS PISA™ certificate and recorded in the KGS staff register, which unlocks delivery access inside SportSync360™.
Observed delivery or a live assessment, not a multiple-choice quiz.
Your certification sits on your KGS profile and is visible to programme leads.
Short refresher and standards update to keep the certificate current.
