Leads KGS PIS assessment, individual development plans and physical development standards.
Operations
Runs venues, schedules, equipment and staffing so every session starts on time and fully resourced.
Safeguarding & Welfare
Owns consent, child protection, incident handling and duty of care across all sites.
Finance & Membership
Owns membership billing, invoicing, receipts and transparent family accounts.
Family Experience
Handles enrolment, portal access, communication and day-to-day support for guardians.
All KGS staff and coaches working with children operate under our safeguarding policy, with documented consent, incident reporting and duty-of-care standards across every venue.
