Football Team Coach

Lead a squad within the Team Development Program (ages 5–16+). Plan and deliver three sessions a week against the KGS curriculum and report player progress each phase.

  • Recognised coaching licence (AFC/UEFA C or above preferred)
  • Youth coaching experience
  • Valid QID or transferable sponsorship
  • Safeguarding awareness

Goalkeeper Coach

Deliver the GK Blueprint pathway and the morning Goalkeeper EIDP blocks, including handling, shot-stopping, distribution and decision-making modules.

  • GK-specific coaching qualification
  • Experience across youth age groups
  • Comfort with individual programme delivery
Flexible blocks

Individual Development Coach (EIDP)

Run one-to-one and micro-group attribute work in technical, tactical, mental or physical development, tied to a KGS PIS baseline and re-test.

  • Specialist domain expertise
  • Ability to write and track development plans
  • Strong athlete communication
Part-time

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Support football and FitLab athletes with physical capacity, speed, robustness and return-to-play progressions.

  • S&C degree or accredited certification
  • Youth physical development experience
  • Screening and testing competence
Part-time · Group & private

FitLab Fitness Trainer

Deliver lifestyle fitness, couples and group sessions on the Striver pathway, including habit, nutrition and progress tracking in the portal.

  • Recognised personal training certification
  • Group session management
  • First aid certification
Ongoing register

Performance & Practitioner Roles

Physiotherapy, sports therapy, performance analysis, sport psychology and nutrition roles supporting athletes across all programmes.

  • Licensed to practise in Qatar where applicable
  • Experience with youth athletes
  • Documented, verifiable credentials
Seasonal

Coaching Internship

For emerging coaches: assist sessions, learn the curriculum, gain assessment experience and build hours under a lead coach.

We review qualifications, references and eligibility to work in Qatar.

3 · Practical

Deliver a session with one of our groups, observed by the Technical Director.

4 · Compliance

Documents, safeguarding checks and contract before your first paid session.

5 · Onboard

Staff portal access, curriculum induction and your first squad or block.
