Strength Building

Get Genuinely Stronger. Everything Else Gets Easier.

A progressive lifting programme that teaches the movements and adds load you can trust.

Overview

Strength is the most transferable quality an adult can train. It protects joints, supports body composition, and makes daily life measurably easier. This programme teaches the core patterns properly, then adds load in a structured, tracked progression — so you always know exactly what you're lifting and why.

What You'll Walk Away With

  • Measurable increases across your main lifts
  • Confident, correct technique on the core patterns
  • More lean muscle and better posture
  • Stronger joints and greater resilience
  • A training log that proves your progress

Core Development Areas

01

Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Carry

The five patterns every strength programme is built on.

02

Technique Before Load

Full-range, controlled reps earn the next weight increment.

03

Progressive Overload

Planned week-on-week increases in load, reps or quality.

04

Core & Bracing

Trunk stiffness that protects the spine under load.

05

Accessory & Weak-Point Work

Targeted work on whatever is limiting the main lifts.

06

De-load & Recovery Cycles

Planned lighter weeks so progress keeps compounding.

How Sessions Are Delivered

  1. 1Movement screen and baseline strength testing
  2. 2Technique coaching on each core pattern
  3. 3Written programme with sets, reps and target loads
  4. 4Coached sessions with real-time cueing
  5. 5Four-weekly progression review and re-test

A Typical Week

2 × Full Body

Main lift, secondary lift and accessory work.

1 × Optional Upper/Lower

Added when frequency and recovery allow.

Daily

Ten minutes of mobility for the positions your lifts demand.

Why It Matters

Strength raises the ceiling on every other goal. Fat loss holds better, conditioning improves faster, and posture and joint health improve as a by-product.

Who This Is For

  • Adults new to lifting who want to learn it properly
  • Returning lifters rebuilding a base
  • Clients who want shape change driven by muscle, not just fat loss
  • Anyone wanting to feel physically capable again

Who It Isn't For

  • Anyone seeking a purely cardio-based programme
  • Clients unwilling to train consistently for at least eight weeks

How We Measure It

  • Main lift loads and rep quality
  • Bodyweight and girth trend
  • Range of motion at key joints
  • Session volume
  • Technique standard scores
